Habitat LA ReStore Online Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement finds; however, if you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that all sales proceeds support Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, and certain specialty or 'as-is' items may be final sale.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Item

    Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

  • 3.
    Ship or Drop Off

    Affix your shipping label to the package and drop it off at a designated carrier, or visit one of our physical ReStore locations for an in-person return.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
