Do you offer shipping or delivery for online orders?

Currently, we offer local pickup at our designated ReStore locations. Delivery options may be available through third-party partners for large furniture and appliances; please contact your local store for a quote.

What is your return policy?

All items are sold 'as-is' and all sales are final. We encourage customers to inspect items thoroughly during pickup. If an appliance is found to be non-functional, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.

Are the items listed online also available in the physical stores?

Yes, our online inventory is synced with our physical locations. However, items sell quickly, so we recommend completing your purchase online to secure the product immediately.

How do I know the condition of a used item?

We provide detailed photos and descriptions for every listing. Our team inspects donations for quality and functionality, but please keep in mind that many items are donated and may show minor wear.

Is my online purchase tax-deductible?

While donations to Habitat LA are tax-deductible, the purchase of goods from the ReStore is not. However, the proceeds from your purchase directly fund our community housing programs.
